These Supplemental Terms of Service ("Supplemental Terms") govern your participation in the Independent Trader Program ("Program") offered by Unravel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Supplemental Terms are in addition to, and form part of, our main Terms of Service located at https://unravel.finance/terms-of-service ("Main Terms"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by both these Supplemental Terms and the Main Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Main Terms, these Supplemental Terms shall prevail with respect to Program-related matters.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements: Program participation is limited to independent traders who meet specific criteria as determined by Company in its sole discretion. Eligibility is based on factors including but not limited to assets under management, institutional affiliation, and trading status.
2.2 Application Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information provided in your Program application is true, complete, and accurate. You agree to promptly notify Company of any material changes to the information provided.
2.3 Ongoing Verification: Company reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time during your Program participation, including requesting documentation such as trading statements, employment records, or other relevant materials.
3.1 Discount Structure: Approved participants receive specified percentage discounts on select service tiers as communicated in their acceptance notification.
3.2 Limited Access: Program participation may include restrictions on certain features, services, or support levels compared to standard commercial accounts.
3.3 Non-Transferable: Program benefits are personal to the approved participant and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other party.
4.1 Termination by Company: Company may terminate your Program participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
4.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all Program benefits cease immediately, and standard pricing applies to future billing cycles. Company is not obligated to provide refunds for services already rendered at discounted rates.
4.3 Notice: Company will provide reasonable notice of termination when practicable, but reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of suspected fraud or material breach.
Company may modify these Supplemental Terms at any time by posting updated terms and providing notice to Program participants. Continued Program participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Any disputes arising from Program participation shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures and governing law provisions set forth in the Main Terms.
7.1 Severability: If any provision of these Supplemental Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.2 Integration: These Supplemental Terms, together with the Main Terms, constitute the complete agreement regarding Program participation.
